Super FREAK Lindsey Ingram competed in the sprint distance race at the St. Malo Multisport Weekend (June 25–26, 2011). This race includes a 750m swim, a 20km bike ride, and a 5km run. Lindsey placed first in her age goup (35–39) with a time of 1:22:13, and was happy with the time as she did not have a lot of prep time leading up to the race. Lindsey will be competing next month in Kelowna at the national championships with the goal of qualifying for the World Championship next year in New Zealand. Lindsey thanks Darren and FREAK Fitness for helping her be “Ready for Anything, Anytime!” |
