Named One of Canada’s Top 50 Trainers for 2012 by MUSCLE INSIDER and OPTIMUM NUTRITION, Darren Mehling has been nominated for “Canada’s Top Trainer of the Year” Award, and most recently joined MUSCLE INSIDER as a Staff Writer.

The most accomplished Physique Coaching team in Manitoba’s history, Darren and Christina Mehling have successfully coached a record number of Novice, Provincial, and National champions, as well as IFBB Professionals.
