Holiday Hours – May Long Weekend

Holiday hours (training at 12:00 noon and 1:00 p.m.) will be in effect at FREAK Fitness on Monday, May 23. No other training times will be available.

CLOSED – June 4, 2011 – MABBA Provincial Championships

FREAK Fitness will be closed on Saturday, June 4, to support our athletes who are competing in MABBA’s Provincial Championships. Plan to attend – it’s going to be great!
