On December 11, 2010 FREAK Fitness hosted its Annual Season’s Beatings/Festivus event. A great time was enjoyed by all, with many participants raising the bar to achieve new “personal bests.” This year a new approach was used – a team competition format with two divisions: Level 1 – Novice and Level 2 – Advanced.
Level 1 Team Champions: Christen Dilling, Mike Gigliardi, Traci Wright
Level 2 Team Champions: Lindsey Ingram, Jenn Webber
